viewing website problem...

Hello,
I made a domainname in DA and gone to the website with http://ip-number/~username
Only i get there a 403 page that i have no permission to view the website.

There are some (standard) files on the server but i can not view them.

Whats wrong and how can i solve this?

And when i make an subdomain, how can i vieuw that without having the domainname connected to the server yet?

Hope someone can help me with this.

Some more information.

I have seen on the forum that lots of users have this problem but nowere found a solution for it.

I have on the server the standard file index.html in the directory /public_html also i have checked the permissions of the directory /public_html and the index.html file.

Those permissions are good (755 and even tested with 777) but still get the 403 permission denied warning.

Also the logo i can not reache: http://83.149.115.154/~worldnetshops/logo.jpg

i do not understand what is wrong.

Edit: with the internal file system of DA i can open the files on the server but not direct in the browser by ipnumber
