virus found and where the file ?

Hello,
I did a virus scan with AVG and found a site file is written next to it imass.php virus, a backdoor Trojan horse/

But the file is not found in the folder described, there is no such file, yet the server shows this file virus/

It happens in a few places.
What do we do?

After scan you did another scan and antivirus found it again?

Cause maybe the antivirus deleted the file.

i found the file but how i see what is virus :
this the file imass.php
and i dont no if the sytem need

the file:

$md5_pass = ""; ( and here: blalblbalbalblablalbalb and more and more)

the redult of the virus is :
pub/imag/imsss.php Trojan horse BackDoor.Generic_c.CQA

prolly is not needed by system.

For be sure past the full path.

i delete the file and it is good

i found more site that this problem and i sure that i not found the file
