Hi,

Cpanel, Plesk and many other control panels have either official plugins or third party plugins for virus support. Being able to select which virus scanner you wish to use (maybe even a buy license function for the different virus vendors, then you can make on reseller fees) to statistics per domain / user.

Stats could include:
Virus / Standard %
Spam / Standard %

Bar graphs showing the top 10 users that receive spam in a domain and for admins top 10 spam reciving domains.

You can figure this one yourself, you should take a look at the rejectlog and mainlog of Exim, it lists whether something is spam/virii or accepted. If you can parse that, you can create a graph per virus (did it once for MailScanner, source is somewhere floating around the forums).
Did it again for Exiscan, however, it just shows the amount of spam and virii, not the exact details.

It's actually not as easy as it looks; there are many lines (sometimes variable amounts of lines) in the mainlog file, per email, and for rejected emails (spam and/or viruses as well as rejects for other various and sundry reasons) are also in the mainlog file.

And unless you run ALL your domains through spamblocker, you're going to get skewed results.

yes but will make a great selling point for non-DA client to move over to DA :)

plus will make existing DA clients happier

So you're saying wrong results are better than no results ???

We simply brag about the thousands of spams we block every day, serverwide. That's impressive for most of our prospects ;) .

Perhaps we can figure out how to implement it in our commercial version, coming soon.
