vm-pop3d eating up cpu.

I've been having a problem with vm-pop3d chewing up my cpu. This causes my system load to jump up around 5 and just hang there until I restart vm-pop3d.

I just tried reducing the timeout and limiting child processes, we'll see if that does anything...

Anyone else experience this type of thing? Possible solutions? I've had no luck searching.
 
That changes the mailbox format, right? If so, that's a no-go for my machine. Many many gigs of mail. :(
 
But, Martynas... he may not have enough space on the server to do the conversion.
