vmpop3d down

Hi,

I'm have found after I using yum update the FC4,the vm-pop3d is down

When I restart vm-pop3d, it appear services is start, but I never send/income any email. I verify the /var/log/maillog and found :

vm-pop3d (1990):Quitting in Signal (15)

I verify the /var/spool/mail directory and found the user/group id is named. Some of the directory like /var /etc is also owned by named.

I have fixed all the directory userid to root or mail. When found the vm-pop3d is also down. Can anyone give me an idea?

Did you update vm-pop3d as part of yum update? If so, then you probably need to remove whatever yum installed, and then install the DA version, which can be found here.
