Vox themes for Squirrelmail

I was going to add this theme for squirrelmail but noticed that this is not just a plugin but a "full source" according to the voxthemes website. Does anyone know if using their source for squirrelmail will cause any problems when I go to use it with the DA setup?

It should work, DirectAdmin doesn't have any dependencies on Squirrelmail's existance or a particular codebase.
