Warning on PHP build, should this not be updated a certain time?

When building PHP (at least 8.2) see this warning:

warning: pear/PEAR dependency package "pear/Archive_Tar" installed version 1.4.14 is not the recommended version 1.4.4

Oke it's just a warning, but shouldn't this be updated sometime? When I check the OS (Alma 9) then the baseOS has perl-Archive-Tar version 2.x already, if that is the same as pear/Archive_Tar. Not sure about that.

Just wondering if/when things like this get update or need update at some time.
