Web interface problem CMD_LICENSE

Hello
I have a problem on the web interface in administrator
all works except that if I click on License / Update (http://www.domain.com:2222/CMD_LICENSE)
the page will not display its load for super longtemp but blank page.
after more access to nothing to killer the service and restart directadmin
with you an idea to remedy this

with firewall enabled or disabled the same
there is just this command that does not work
I do not know why
 
Well, run directadmin in a debug mode and see what might be wrong there. Probably directadmin can not connect to a license server. It might be because you are behind NAT and did not set lan_ip= in directadmin.conf or any other.

Try to do it manually: https://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=30 and see whether or not your server can connect to a license server.
