Webalizer Problems..!

Hi,

I have two problems.

1. At the refferers table I can see only my domain and google. I can't see others and I want to see them.

2. At the countries table I can't see any country name. The message seeming that "%100 unservolved/unknown" and I want to see countries.

Where is the problem and what how can I fix?

I typed "webalizer unresolved" (without the qoutes) into these forums' search engine, and found two helpful posts.
