Dear,

i am trying to find out where webalizer is reading the usernames with domainnames.

Because not all the accounts on my server are added with Direct Admin, so I will add them manualy to the file webalizer is looking into. Only problem is that i can't find where it looks ...

Thanks!

Thats not the correct file.

I added all domains and usernames to that file and webalizer still takes the usernames and domains I added by Direct Admin.

Hmm. Sorry I thought that was the file as it is the only file I know that lists domain/users. Why not email [email protected]. Let us know what they say. There is also some recent post of a webalizer wrapper which might help you do what you need to do as well.

Actually, webalizer does not look anywhere to see which domains should run against.

It is DirectAdmin that call webalizer for all domains and subdomains DA knows about. Not from the /etc/virtual directory but (probably) from the /usr/local/directadmin/data/...

I guess you shouldn't touch DA data from outside DA...

Look in the How-To Guides forum. I wrote a little script about webalizer. Nobody seems to be interested in, it's beta, but I wrote some things I found about how DA interacts with webalizer that might help you... (I might be wrong, though).

Well, I believe best solution for you would to create your own cronjob manually to deal with the domains you maintain from outside DA.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. ;)

Well, I mean anyone can create a cronjob to invoke webalizer.

You can see in the topic I was referring to above, some information that may help to undertand how DA invokes webalizer. *** this is the reason I posted my previous message.

My script should not conflict with you're own method to invoke webalizer.
