webmail empty, but still 16 Mb

Hello,

Sometimes I check the size of the mailboxes of my customers, because some don't seem to empty their mailboxes themself.

According to DirectAdmin is the size of one mailbox 16 Mb. Moving my cursor over the account in DA tells me that the webmail is 15,9 Mb.
I asked my client to empty his webmail-box, but he tells me it's empty.

Is there a way in control panel DA to delete the webmail-box?
I'd like to delete the webmail-box without deleting inbox or IMAP folders. Also deleting and recreating the mail-account is not a great option (because I would have to guess clients new password).

webmail will include both /webmail and /squirrelmail, so make sure he checks both for any leftover data.

Else, manually check (as root through ssh):
/var/www/html/webmail/tmp/user_domain.com_localhost/*
/var/www/html/squirrelmail/data/[email protected]
