Webmail & IMAP problem, please help

Hello,
When a user logs into webmail, either squirrelmail or roundcube, it times out. In squirrelmail I get the error:

ERROR: Unknown IMAP response.
Query: FETCH 1:* (FLAGS UID RFC822.SIZE INTERNALDATE
BODY.PEEK[HEADER.FIELDS (Date To Cc From Subject X-Priority Importance
Priority Content-Type)])
Server responded:

Roundcube just times out completely and wont show me anything. Squirrelmail starts to load the inbox and gets about 5 emails listed before it spits out that error. The rest of the emails in the list don't display and it puts "Unknown Date" in the date field. At the bottom of the page there is another error that says

ERROR:
ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
Query: LOGOUT

I have searched over at the squirremail mailing list, these forums and google. The only explanation I have found was that this was a bug in 1.4.5, but I am running 1.4.8. I'm at a loss here, I've spent 4 hours looking for an answer to this. Is anyone else having this problem, or know how to fix it?

By the way, I can successfully check my email via thunderbird using IMAP, so this is definately a webmail only problem.

Nevermind, a reboot solved the problem. What is this .. a Windows machine??

I have one user reporting this issue as well...

I'm running SM 1.4.8 and latest IMAP, etc.

ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
Query: FETCH 1:56 (FLAGS UID RFC822.SIZE INTERNALDATE BODY.PEEK[HEADER.FIELDS (Date To Cc From Subject X-Priority Importance Priority Content-Type)])

Thing is, I've rebooted, fixed it, but keeps coming back. I've looked at his mailbox and it's not huge by any standard, so not a "Show All" issue.

What was really wierd, is that it fixed itself the last time..by the time I got his support ticket he he had updated it saying was working again..bizzare.

Any thoughts?
