Webmail & PHPMyAdmin not working!

Hi all - long time lurker, first time poster.
I have a couple of DA VPS set up and they both work fine apart from one that refuses to let anyone access webmail (Ubui / squirrel / roundcube) or phpmyadmin.

I have searched the forums and tried out most things - both boxes have the same permissions, no safe mode on and still no access!

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

I think u shuld check for php running on the server properly or not?
