Webmail quota limit (ubemail)

If I have somebody's mailbox size set to 20MB or unlimited, why does the webmail report that the quota is 2MB?
 
If I recall correctly, that's because it is.

My recollection is that UebiMiau quota is determined by UebiMiau's configuration file completely independent of DA and completely independing of Linux quotas.
