webmail x Outllok problem in receive emails

Good morning everyone, I have a very strange problem with a single client and only his single email account, he uses Outlook to download and respond to his emails on his personal computer, it turns out that for him to download the emails he has to first access the webmail from your domain and then outlook synchronizes and downloads everything, if it doesn't authenticate the webmail it won't download but the new emails are in the webmail correctly.

Well sorry, that's looking to the air and guessing what could be wrong.
There is really more information needed. I never heard that somebody had to access webmail first to be able to have outlook synchronize. Maybe some auth synchronisation cache.

There is really more information needed like:
1.) Which Outlook client version?
2.) Is he using pop or imap?
3.) What exactly is the error notice if he tries to pick up his mail with his Outlook client?

I also sometimes refer customers to computer forums so they can place screenshots and communicate directly. And there are lots of people with Windows and Outlook knowledge, since it's obvious not a server issue.
