Webmin near Directadmin?!

I have a question about webmin.. I have installed DirectAdmin control Panel on my dedicated server for websites... for one issue i need to install webmin in near directadmin ... not for services or create host... only for create shell user...
I want know after install webmin i will have any problem in server for websites?
