website permission problems - unable to add domains

Hello,

when we log on to the control panel and wanted to add a new domain (under domain administration - user level)

we encountered this error :


Error Creating Domain

Details


Can't get file lock on /etc/virtual/domains
Can't get file lock on /etc/virtual/domainowners

Errors encountered while creating domain. Not adding domain to /etc/named.conf

can you help us check our DA control and it's permission settings?

We have facing following error :

we are Still having error with the wordpress update. Unable to locate WordPress Root directory.

Please update us how we resolve the issue.

Do you need word press login details ?

we are still facing following issue :

1)we checked your old issue and current issue and we can see it has more problem with it.
2)we fix permission problem and it occur again.
3)plugin has issue while update it
4)we can upgrade has problem too.
