Website won't come up yet server is fine

My website will not come up or if it does it will appear briefly, then not come up any longer. I have Direct Admin and the hosting company states that the server is fine.

I have rebooted Direct Admin and can't figure out why all of of a sudden today my website was very slow, some of the website wouldn't come up and now nothing comes up.

When I reboot the server MySql does not seem to reboot. Now I cannot access MyPhpAdmin

I need help!

What is the website name?
Dedicated server or VPS/shared server?
 
www.YourMilitary.com and it is on a dedicated server. Hosting company said the server is fine and pings. After server reboot the System Monitor in Direct admin shows that MySqL did not reboot. How do I reboot MySql?
 
from ssh

service mysqld start

Check your logs to see what the errors are and post them up, there will be an error in the error log if it's not starting.
 
Then you need managed hosting or pay someone to do it for you.
