Website working very slow in DA panel

I have a hosted e-commerce website using php7.4 version, before that this website hosted on whm cpanel there was working smoothly. But after hosting on DA panel. It working very slow. there is no any high traffic on this website, The server working also good in condition cpu utilize: 2.0% Memory utilize 11% & disk utilize 20%. can you give any suggestion in DA setting??

Hello,

Did you re-install OS on the same server with DirectAdmin? Or you moved to another server? Did the site's IP change? Server provider changed?

A site might be slow because of several reasons:

1. a server is under attacks
2. server's resources are too low
3. server's disks are too slow
4. default settings are too bad for your site
5. too heavy SQL requests
6. too big database with poor indexes
7. too many users online

so we don't know your case, and there is no much can we suggest. The best this is to try and search the forums, and follow suggestions already posted here.
