when i put username password on phpmyadmin it again showing form popup again and after cancel showing below and always showing "webserver is functioning normally" check http://accudia.in/

You're one the wrong forums. Website is showing Cyberpanel installed.
This is the Directadmin support forum, we don't support Cyberpanel.

after i change to cyberpanel because too many issue in direct panel

Most likely you didn't wait long enough. Directadmin installs very fast. But that is only the panel. All other things will be installed in the background and depending on your vps or server this can take up to 45 minutes.
And then services will be available. A message that background tasks are finished will also be displayed in DA.
Until that time, if you already start using it, all kind of errors can occur.

Anyway, I hope with cyberpanel you will be ok.
If you decide some time to come back to DA, then you know you have to wait until things are finished compiling.
