[Wed Jun 14 19:56:10 2006] [warn] module perl_module is already loaded, skipping

This happens when i start httpd. Will this error affect my server load, website load or any crashing?

doesnt seems a problem, perl is and stay in memory

check your /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf to see if you have duplicate line:
LoadModule perl_module /usr/lib/apache/libperl.so
