Weird issue

i find it that i can no CD in to any folder with space in its name?
im running DA and CentOS 4.4

any one able to help

it just keeps saying the file does not exsist for the first half of the directory name

cd "directory name"

but thats weird im also running cpanel on a centOS 4.4 machine and dont have to do that? :S

Are you trying it from the shell, or from somewhere in DA/CPanel?

I don't know of a shell that doesn't require either the double-quotes or a backslash before a space, for the space to not be seen as a delimeter.
