Weird quota problem

Hi, we have a weird quota problem on our server. It seems it adds up diskusage for users but when users delete files or pop all the mail from there mailboxes the stats aren't updated. Only updates are on the stats when usage get's higher, not when it get's lower. I followed http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=42 and everything seems ok.
When doing a /usr/sbin/repquota /home the right usage is shown, but not in the stats. Any clue on what's going wrong??

Im having the same exact problem in one server (vmpop) 1.27 DA
I tried everything i can think!
