Welcome E-Mail

Hello,

When I create an account in reseller mode,
The email will not deliverd by the custommer. I fill in the email adress right.

I have tried to send the welcome mail to more email domains. but by some the mail will receive, and by some wil not receive.

I hope somebody can help me.

Check your /var/log/exim/mainlog file for the email; you'll find why it doesn't get sent.

i cant found anything in the logs files.

i have only this problems if i send a mail from the admin panel. if is send the mail from webmail or pop3 mail. alle the mails will be Received

The mail should show up in the exim logs.

Try tailing the log:

# tail -f /var/log/exim/mainlog

while telling the control panel to send the email.
