Welcome Email not sending

The welcome emails are not sending to my clients, its a brand new setup, is there something i need to setup or check to see why this is not working?
 
Check exim's error logs. Is any outgoing email working from other accounts. When you create the user accounts, the checkbox to send the email is checked?
 
It seems to send to some people and not others. I will look through the log tho.
 
For addresses that aren't working, make sure they aren't using the domain that the account will use as the primary domain.
