Welcome Email Problem.....

my welcome email is not sending to the email address that I enter when I create a user. It does send to me however. When I goto the screen where I can resend the email, it has the users email address then a comma and my email address. Any ideas why none of my users get the welcome email? Only me?

Check the /var/log/exim/mainlog and the /var/log/exim/rejectlog for clues.
