Please help. We;re a small business and have numerous emails. We are able to receive & send emails on Outlook. However, several of our associates want to use Webmail. We are able to receive emails on our Webmail, but cannot send out. It keeps searching for our web address. Please help.

Why are you posting on the DirectAdmin forums? Do you have root access to your own DirectAdmin server? If so, then you need to figure out why the domain you're using (the web address) either doesn't exist, or otherwise isn't being properly used. If not, then you need to contact your hosting provider.
If you're not sure, post the URL (you call it a web address, and we'll help you figure it out.
