What all does the firewall block?

I have a direct admin install of CSF and clients are getting blocked from just going to the website. When I flush all the blocks they can then access the website. I was wondering if anyone knew a list of all the reasons a user would get blacklisted in CSF.

Did you try to read configuration file for your CSF?

CSF should tell you exactly why they are getting banned. Make sure you setup CSF to email you when it does things.
