What are the system requirements for installing MRTG?

I was requested to install MRTG for monitoring some devices but I'm not sure which operating system to use. Any recommendation? What are the system requirements for installing the MRTG? Appreciate someone here could help me out. Thank you very much! Wish to get a reply soon.

If you're running DirectAdmin and will be installing it on the same server already running DirectAdmin, then you've already made your choice of OS. If not, then this is probably the wrong forum for you to ask your question.
