What do I need?

Somebody offered me dedicated server and there is no panel.

What product do I need and do you install that on my server?
Can I use your software to move my current sites to my new server (i am currently using cpanel to control my sites).

Is there a diference in price in case that I use your product for personal use or if I want to resale hosting plans?

Do you help customers to move their web sites to servers that are powered by your product?

Take a look at the licensing/pricing page. I would suggest getting a license for one month and if it works for you buy the lifetime license.

DirectAdmin can do the installation I believe, but it's pretty simple. Just download the setup file and execute.

There is a cPanel -> DirectAdmin conversion script that can be found in the 3rd party forums.

You, as the admin, would be responsible for moving websites over.
