Is there any way to find out a list of domains that point to my nameservers? I have so many nameserver records and I have recently tried to clean up the list and tried deleting some but some I could not because it said they sere still in use. I would like to know who is still pointing to them.

I don't know of any. Perhaps you can ask the registrar that wouldn't let you delete them. Years ago I found this problem with Verisign's database. It turned out that there were some domain names pointed at our nameservers but the domain names were defunct. They wouldn't remove those nameservers from those domains even though the users had no right to point to us.

So we changed our terms of service to require that anyone pointing to our nameservers without our permission owed us $1,000 :) and then, after making sure none of the active domains on our scripts were pointing to them, we edited the nameserver records to point to nonexistent IP#s.

Some registrars no longer allow that; they check for a working nameserver on the IP# before they allow the change.

Eventually I moved the domain to a company which didn't check, and allowed me to delete the nameservers (there's nothing in DNS which would check for this; it's strictly a database internal to the registrar).

Now I'd probably just sign up with a parking for pay company and point everything there :).
