What happened to the SAVE button on the Open BaseDir screen?

I need to turn off Open BaseDir for all domains but the SAVE button is missing.
Where is the save button? How do you turn off Open BaseDir for all or one domain?

Im running the latest version.

Are you writing about the screen here:

example.com:2222/CMD_PHP_SAFE_MODE

If so, then you check the domains you want, and then click on the action you want taken.

If some other screen, please advise.
