What happens if I decide to discontinue the use of the control Panel?

Hi,

I currently have 2 sites that I maintain.

I want to install a new server and load those domains on it.
I figured, since I only have two domains,. I can make an extra buck by selling the resourcdes that I have.

If I install DirectAdmin (using the Monthly plan) and then after 3 months decide that I don't want to continue the reselling and just run my two old sites. Do I need to do anything?

If I stop paying direct admin, I guess my installed control panel will stop functioning which is not a problem if I intend to stop using it anyways.

BUT,. what about my sites. will they still function?
Will they still remain working?
Will email be still available to send and recieve for the mailboxes that were created using the control panel.
What about the databases?

As I understand it, all services except DirectAdmin itselft will still be operational because they were free in the first place. If you want an official answer you can email them.
