What is reason why the subdomain is not set with IP?

I set a subdomain with IP (make A Record in DNS Management ) but it still does not display and I see the following error?

We can’t connect to the server at dl.bazaarfile.ir.

If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

Try again later.
Check your network connection.
If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox has permission to access the Web.

I do not have ping from the subdomain, what could be the reason?

What could be the reason for preventing the subdomain from connecting to the IP?

Why don't you use the subdomain option in DA?

Maybe something went wrong with setting the record, because I can't do an nslookup on it either. Are you using your own nameservers on the server or using external nameservers or cloudflare or something?

Of course I use cloudflare
I want to connect the subdomain to FTP on another server

That isn't so "ofcourse". Most of us don't use that, so there is no way to know.

Did you copy the record onto the cloudflare dns? If yes, I don't know.
