what is SpamBlocker3?

In short: it's an email spamblocker
It uses several internet sources (blocklists) to mark email/sender/sender_ip as spam.
Version 3 has I believe the antivirus ClamAV built in.
Version 3 also will be standard used by Direct Admin when it's ready.

As the author of the SpamBlocker3 file, I just wanted to add:
SpamBlocker3 is my name for version 3 of the SpamBlocker exim.conf file that I wrote for the DirectAdmin community beginning years ago. As Duboux wrote, it does include ClamAV support bult in, to run during the SMTP handshake, before the email is accepted by the server.

When I test a few more changes I'll release it. Then DirectAdmin staff will have to include it in DirectAdmin.
