What next when account reach daily email send limit

DA, CB2.0, CSF+LFD. Lately i got info from lfd:

Time:  Thu Oct 24 23:58:45 2013 +0200
Type:  LOCALRELAY, Local Account - mail
Count: 101 emails relayed
Blocked: No
...

I identify PHP script used to send spam, block it.

This account have limit 1000 email per day. Now reach it. What happen with mail sended after limit? Don't send? Leave to spooler? If leave for send after - how can I monit and delete?

If you are using exim.pl version 12+, the user cannot authenticate on SMTP after reaching the limit:

Originally if an user reaches the limit whenever he tries to a send a new mail he gets an error "Unrouteable address" and the mail gets rejected.
