what page is using most mysql resources

Is there a way to tell what page on my server is using most mysql resources?

and is there a way to find out what page could be possibly causing this error:

Host '--.---.----.---. is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

Regarding the first question, I suggest using the slow query log and parse the log with mysqldumpslow.

You may also want to use the Tuning Primer Script to fine tune your MySQL distrubution.

For the second question, you may want to [activate and] check the MySQL log.
