Hi
what will happen to legacy license owners after August 1, 2023? will we receive updates ?
I am currently using personal license , should I cancel it ?
will 3rd party apps work on legacy license ?
best regard

Legacy licenses will keep existing after August 1, 2023 and will receive updates (normal updates, no new features).
Personal license will keep on working, as long as you pay for it. As soon as you stop paying or cancel the license, after August 1 you won't be able to enable it again and have to choose another license.

The only difference is that no new personal license can be bought after August 1, 2023 anymore.

As for 3rd party apps, that is depending on the 3d party apps development.
Things like CSF and Configserver Mailqueu and phpversionlist for example will keep on working as long as they don't need any of the new features which will only be available in modern licenses.

The new license system is not bound to a specific ip but to license, it's the license you pay for, not ip depending, so ip can be changed if needed. As long as you keep paying for the license on time.

新的license系统不绑定具体ip而是license,是你付的license,不是ip depending,所以ip可以根据需要改变。只要您继续按时支付许可证费用。
应该没有区别吧?“Internal Bulk Lifetime”还能正常使用?

There should be no difference, right? Can "Internal Bulk Lifetime" still work?

There should be no difference, right?
Could be different, is a bit different. Internal bulk is different from personal licenses.

Internal bulk licenses are already legacy licenses as far as I know.
They also keep working, however, restrictions are in effect as they can only work for the datacenter they are bought for.
So I'm not sure as to if there is an ip restriction or not for internal bulk licenses, because of this fact.

Maybe @fln can enlighten you about internal bulk licenses, but as far as I know, also keep working.

From a licensing perspective, datacenter ("Internal") licenses function the same as regular licenses. There is simply different terms/restrictions on their use. This thread explains datacenter licensing on our new key-based system. It's a different thread than our general key-based license announcement.

In many ways, the new licensing method is better and more convenient.
