whats better to use as backup, reseller backup, or admin backups?

i notice we now we have two ways to do a backup.

the reseller user backups

and admin user backups(beta)

i was wondering if anyone know what advantage does admin backup have over reseller backup.

is admin backup faster than reseller backup?

because i have alot of accounts and it takes long time to finish the backup process.

and i have to import the backups to my different server and i just want to know which gives me the fastest and most efficient way to do a backup and importing.

It's not beta, it's RC1 (release candidate). And it's stable enough. If you need its functionality - use Admin Backup/Transfer.

I have used Admin Backup many times to transfer users to other servers with no problems.
