When a reseller adds accounts and delete them again then the total ftp accounts is not correct anymore.
Is that a bug ? Has someone noticed this ?

When accounts in a reseller are deleted they still count in the total for the reselle

Depending on which totals you're referring to, the count's are added up with the nightly tally. The User totals should be instant, but the Reseller totals won't be until the tally.

What I meant were the total ftp accounts per reseller.
You are correct they are correct now after the nightly crons!
