When are the DA Guys back in the office

Hey,

We have an urgent problem where a servers died and we need to change the IP in our licence. I emailed 24 hours ago (but being new years day, I can understand no reply..) However, I would've expected an email through from them by now.

We have 95 websites offline and some very unhappy people! Ha

I NEED to get direct admin installed and online ASAP. I see theres no contact phone number so I can't ring and beg for them to change.

Anyone know when they're back in the office?

DirectAdmin staff checks email several times every day. Have you made sure to whitelist their email address so it gets trough to you? Have you tried contacting them through their Safe Submit page?

Yeah, I got an email through today. I've emailed them countless times over the years and never had problems before.
