When creating an account DA not create "logs" "stats"

When creating an account in DirectAdmin - directory "logs" "stats" not creating. In logs and message of creating user processed without any errors.

User testovik created

Unix User created successfully
User's System Quotas set
User's data directory created successfully
Domains directory created successfully
Domains directory created successfully in user's home
Domain Created Successfully

[root@s1 testovik.ru]# ll
total 8
drwx--x--x 3 testovik testovik 4096 Aug 5 15:50 public_ftp
drwxr-xr-x 3 testovik testovik 4096 Aug 5 15:50 public_html

How to fix this problem?

Stats aren't created until there's traffic. Then it's done during overnight processing.
