When i log in as user i get the reseller menu instead of user menu?

When i log in as user i get the reseller menu instead of user menu?
This only happen for 1 of the users i have. i can do anything in this menu. it will give me a error that i don't have the rights.
I checked all the user packages and as far is i can see they are identical in setting.

Is there any way to fix this?

You got a "switch to" in the upper right corner of your screenshot, which means you are not really logged in as the user.

Try to login as the user himself. If you have the same in that case, then maybe it's some cache issue. Then use the "switch to" option and then logout, see if that fixes things.

If not, you might best send in a ticket. Seems as an odd bug to me.
