where can i find the directadmin.conf file?

whereis directadmin.conf
 
If you do not know where the command line is then you are not going to be able to edit directadmin.conf anyway. Contact your server administrator.
 
The directadmin.conf file affects DirectAdmin serverwide, and is only available for access to the server administrator.

While we certainly don't discourage end-user (domain owners) from using these forums, generally you'd get better help from your hosting company.
