I try to set up my outlook. however, I have a difficult time to find out what my email SMTP is... Does anyone know? thanks.

you can even use the IP address of the server. some ISP's block the smtp connection so you might even have to use the IP / Hostname of your ISP (internet provider)

Usually your SMTP is something like mail.YourDomainName.com. Often ISP's block port 25 so try using port 587.

Yes, I do that already, it just able to receive mail not sending mails. I don't know why...

Sorry, I don't know what IP address is. your answer is too technical for me...

What port are trying to send on with your mail client? What error message are you getting? Posting the domain your trying to send from will also be helpful for us to be able to help you.

I don't know what port... my domain is simplecolors.com
this is the message I have when I try to test my account setting:
Send test e-mail message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

Contact your web host and have them walk you through setting up out look to use their servers. This forum is for web hosting companies not for providing support for end users.

Most likely the problem is your ISP isn't allowing port 25 traffic off their network. Many ISPs do this; it's helpful in controlling spam from compromised systems.

You should first talk to your ISP. If they block port 25, you should try sending email on port 587 instead of port 25. How you do that is dependent on your local mail program. Your hosting company should be able to help you. If they cannot you might want to try a forum for help using Outlook.

You can find your email SMTP settings in your email provider’s dashboard. For services like SMTPget, Sendinblue, and Mailgun, check their SMTP settings under account settings or documentation to configure email sending properly.

You can find your email SMTP settings in your email provider's account settings or help section. For a reliable SMTP service, try SMTPget for easy and secure email sending.
