Verified User
We've got one server that lists a total of 3 users (when the actual server has 44 users). This results in BW not being reported ( 0 / 10000 at the end of the month) - and DA backups not grabbing that user in the nightly cron.
I checked users.list - and it's got just those 3 users listed in it.
Here's a brief file list from /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/webadmin (main reseller- not admin)
-rw------- 1 diradmin diradmin 164 Nov 1 20:00 ticket.conf
-rw------- 1 diradmin diradmin 616 Nov 1 04:20 user.conf
-rw------- 1 diradmin diradmin 272 Nov 1 04:20 user.history
-rwxrwxrwx 1 diradmin diradmin 14 Oct 31 07:12 users.list
-rw------- 1 diradmin diradmin 146 Nov 1 04:21 user.usage
-rw------- 1 diradmin diradmin 2080 May 26 15:52 u_welcome.txt
We had an issue with permissions on this server at one point - everything (dont ask) got set to root.root ... but I thought that was mostly fixed - ran the setpermissions script (after a bug fix) - and users came back online - but since then, this has resulted in a bad userlist.
Is there a way to regenerate this list?
CentOS 3.3, Current DA version.
Thanks for any help you can offer.
