Where is switch button to public_html?!

I need to set up this website, but can't switch to the public_html anymore... where is the button? How to solve this?

Why does it default to private_html and not public_html ? Or should we start using private_html as default folder now? I'm confused.

You understood the explanation the wrong way. The private_html link is set default to on, which means that private_html will now link to public_html by default. In other words, by default only public_html is used.

That's your choice, but I would not do that as you were misunderstanding the explanation. Private_html is not used anymore.
