Which license do I need? Python

I only have 1 domain and 1 VPS for Personal License.
I need Python support so I can learn it, but that is in the Pro Pack included in Personal Plus License.
It seems silly to spend $5/month on a license for 20 domains and 2 accounts when I only need 1 domain 1 account with Python support.

How do I get around this?

If I purchase Softaculous license which is $12/year and add it to a DirectAdmin Personal License which is $24/year would this help me better?
I read Softaculous has Python support? Do I need a certain license at DirectAdmin it add Softaculous?

If you just want to learn python you can just work with it on your personal pc, you don't need a DA server for that.
And i'm sure there would be a workarround to not spend the extra money, but where will you go for support?

I meant using python to run web applications for Django or Flask, I have been studying from home. I just want to extend my learning.
