White page, on creating user

Dear,

This is my fist time posting so i hope i do every thing right.

I have a problem with 2 of the 6 DA servers we run.

All these servers have the exectly the same setup:

Debian 4.0, Apache 2.0.59, DirectAdmin, Exim 4.63, MySQL 5.0.24, Named 9.3.2, ProFTPd 1.3.0, sshd, vm-Pop3d 1.1.7f-T6-DA and Php 5.2.3 source with a patch

I have updated the php on all server, and on 2 of the 6 server i can't resend a password or create a user. When i do i get a white page (/CMD_RESEND_EMAIL page). When i select the link and press enter i get this message:

Cannot resend welcome email

Details

That is an invalid email address / email list

The e-mail address is ok, and mail that is send by the webmail or other is going out no problem.

I checked if there where any new libs and try'd php without the patch and php 5.2.2 without any succes. The Exim, DA of Syslogs dont give anything.

section of DA date.log:

POST /CMD_LOGIN HTTP/1.1 koi
GET /IMG_FILE HTTP/1.1 koi

but no CMD_RESEND_EMAIL or something.

I hope someone can help me, i prefere not to downgrade to the old php version.

Have you checked your exim mainlog to see if the email is being created?

Have you tried updating DirectAdmin to the latest version?

I checked the mainlog the e-mail isn't being created. I will update too the latest version and check the results.

Thanks for the help, this solved my problem, the update wasn't available at the time. I still cant find the "known problem" page, but no matter it's fixed.

Currently i experiencing the same problem as TS. I'm running on the latest DA (1.34.5). He solved it by updating to DA, but i'm running already the latest version.

I get the problem when creating a user and by resending welcome mail.

Is this a minor small bug somewhere? More important, how do i fix this?

Problem solved, by simply restarting the DirectAdmin server daemon/proces in the control panel.
