We are using it too since a few months and we are quite happy, we also had tested awbs but whmcs is better for us for a lot of small details..

it was also easyer to configure.
 
We moved from Mb the nightmare to whmcs and like it alot and matt is very helpful
 
Looks like they offer a 20% cross-upgrade disc to owners of an owned license of another billing package.

Not sure if that just applies to to both their owned and owned brand-free versions or just the 'owned' version.

One other thing I noticed on their feature list on their site, which differs from here is the 'reseller' account installation. On their site it states that only works on cPanel, but in this post it says both Shared and Reseller account creation works.

If they had a module for TCAdmin I might take a shot at it :)

Could you provide some information about your company?
Also, have your product been certified and/or audited to ensure it is in full compliance with PCI Data Security Standard?
